Data we collect

We collect the account details you provide (name, work email, account type), the company profile, products, requests and updates you publish, and the messages you exchange with other companies on Synd.

How we use it

Your data is used to operate the network: matching requests to products, delivering messages and notifications, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data.

Visibility

Company profiles, products, requests and company updates are visible to other signed-in companies. Private messages are visible only to the participants of a conversation.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting an account permanently removes your profile, company profile, products, requests, updates, inbox history, notifications and likes.
